The National Park Service (NPS), Organizational Development & Effectiveness Team (ODE), within Learning & Development, Workforce & Inclusion, entered into a Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with Dynamis, Inc. for the purpose of providing non-personal expert services to NPS ODE to support service-wide organizational assessment and development needs across NPS, through the ODE team.

The BPA scope of work includes:

1. Provide support for Organizational Development & Effectiveness (ODE) assistance as requested by NPS Park or office units.
2. Conduct needs analysis for clients, sharing results with the client and developing documents that describes findings and recommendations.
3. Manage a Quality Assurance and oversight program for services provided to ensure quality of service and product received.
4. Provide ODE services through highly skilled and experienced professionals in organization development and effectiveness work and align with Client’s technical qualifications and demonstrated results.
