Intermodal Security Training and Exercise Program (I-STEP) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under the Transportation Security Administration​

The Intermodal Security Training and Exercise Program (I-STEP) provides exercise, training, and security planning tools and services to the transportation sector. I-STEP is a federal exercise, training, and risk program that focuses on security in the Nation’s transportation sector. Its mission is to enhance security and reduce risk across the transportation network. I-STEP works in partnership with transportation operators to enable security partners to continuously improve the risk posture in the Nation’s transportation systems. The information gathered from I-STEP exercises, training events and risk workshops help shape national transportation security policy.

The BPA scope of work includes:

  2. Transportation Security Training Support.
  3. Transportation Security Exercise Management Support Services.
  4. Risk-Based Planning Solutions.

The Office of Biometric Identity Management (OBIM) supports the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) mission to protect the Nation by providing identity services to DHS and its mission partners that advance informed decision making by producing accurate, timely, and high assurance biometric identity information and analysis with associated biographic data. Dynamis shares OBIM’s vision of a homeland that is safe, secure, and resilient through advanced identity services, information sharing, and analysis.

The BPA scope of work includes:
Law enforcement analysis, reporting, and data analysis, acquisition, and program management, technology sourcing and reporting support, contract closeout, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) administrative support, internal controls support, workforce planning and instructional design support, communications and change management support, organizational efficiency and strategic planning, strategic analysis, data integrity analysis, and standards and compliance support for current, and potential and proposed OBIM programs.
