Best In Class

Dynamis is an awardee of two Best-in-Class vehicles, the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) vehicle and the Human Capital and Training Systems (HCaTS) vehicle.  The Best-in-Class (BIC) acquisition designation identifies government-wide contracts that satisfy key criteria defined by the Office of Management and Budget. Best-in-Class solutions are vetted, well-managed, and recommended for use. BIC vehicles maximize the government’s shared purchasing power, allowing agencies to leverage volume discounts; help agencies operate more efficiently by reducing administrative costs and contract duplication; and expand sharing of government-wide buying data, leading to better-informed business decisions.

One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS)+

The One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) vehicle is one of the U.S, Government’s largest and most valuable Best-in-Class (BIC), Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (MA-IDIQ) contracts built for the next generation of professional services solutions.  OASIS+ is a Multi-Agency, Government-wide, multiple award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) acquisition program for services. The program is designed to address agencies’ need for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple service disciplines and ancillary services/products with the flexibility for commercial and non-commercial requirements, all contract types and pricing determined at the task order level to achieve a total solution.

Human Capital and Training Solutions Unrestricted (HCaTS-U) Pool 2

The Human Capital and Training Solutions Unrestricted is a Government-Wide, Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (MA-IDIQ) task order contract vehicle that is the result of a partnership between the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and the General Services Administration (GSA) in support of OPM’s Training and Management Assistance program. HCaTS provides Federal agencies with direct access and assisted acquisition access to customized training and development services, customized human capital strategy services, and customized organizational performance improvement services.

GSA Multiple Award Schedules (MAS)

Dynamis offers a total solution under its GSA Multiple Award Schedules (MAS), including the Professional Services Schedule and Schedule 84, to support customer mission requirements. Both are indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award schedule, providing direct access to simple or complex fixed price or labor-hour professional services. Awarded Special Item Numbers (SINs) encompass a full set of services to provide comprehensive solutions to customers’ program requirements. Dynamis offers competitive labor rates that allow us to provide economical and proven professional support.

Department of Homeland Security

Intermodal Security Training and Exercise Program (I-STEP) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under the Transportation Security Administration

The Intermodal Security Training and Exercise Program (I-STEP) provides exercise, training, and security planning tools and services to the transportation sector. I-STEP is a federal exercise program that focuses on security in the Nation’s transportation sector. Its mission is to enhance security and reduce risk across the transportation network. I-STEP works in partnership with transportation operators to enable security partners to continuously improve the risk posture in the Nation’s transportation systems. The information gathered from I-STEP exercises, training events and workshops help shape national transportation security policy.

Department of Defense

The Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND) - Joint Enterprise Research, Development, Acquisition and Production/Procurement (JE-RDAP) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract

The Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND) leads, manages and directs the development, acquisition, production/procurement, fielding and sustainment of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and High Yield Explosives (CBRNE) defense systems and equipment. The Joint Enterprise-Research, Development, Acquisition and Production/Procurement (JE-RDAP) is a multiple award IDIQ contract vehicle that has established a group of qualified contractors to provide Research, Development, Acquisition, and Production/Procurement (RDAP) services/activities.

Seaport Next Generation (SeaPort NxG), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract

The SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort NxG) Contract provides Engineering and Program Management Services to units such as the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Information Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Systems Command, Office of Naval Research, Naval Air Systems Command, Strategic Systems Programs, and the United States Marine Corps and span the entire spectrum of mission areas and technical capabilities supported by the Department of the Navy (DON).
