Kevin Wilson

Director, Preparedness & Resilience 

Kevin Wilson joined Dynamis in September 2013 and currently serves as a Director overseeing the Preparedness and Resilience Division. Kevin also previously served as a manager for multiple preparedness, training and exercise contracts as well as an analyst supporting contracts within FEMA and DHS Headquarters. His current portfolio includes contracts within CISA, FEMA, NGA, Amtrak, DOD, and the private sector. 

Prior to joining Dynamis, Kevin enjoyed a career supporting training and exercise contracts within FEMA, TSA, DHS HQ, and DOS. During this time, he honed his skill and love for conducting training exercises for both public and private sector stakeholders. 

Kevin also spent over 17 years in the volunteer fire service where he rose through the ranks from Firefighter to Chief of Department. During his career he had the opportunity to respond to numerous emergencies ranging in complexity and was able to serve on several committees focused on advancing the fire service profession. 

Kevin is a graduate of James Madison University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.

Wanted to attend college to major in turf grass management until math and science classes got in the way!
