Human Performance Improvement
By looking at the combination of human behavior, environmental factors, communications, and other critical elements, Dynamis can diagnose an organization’s level of performance, tailor recommendations, and deliver solutions for improvement. This process-oriented approach is known as Human Performance Improvement (HPI).
Educational, Training, and Instructional Development
In the traditional mode of developing training and educational materials, Dynamis is well-versed with instructional systems design theory. From analysis through implementation, Dynamis can help build single courses or construct an all-encompassing curriculum.
